Our Avalonia Festival X Live Event will be at Solune Roasting Laboratory screening room on Saturday, December 20, 2025. Address: 2650 Rosselle St, Jacksonville, FL 32204-3000. This will be an evening of a selection of Avalonia Festival X Award Winning short films and “etc” that is free for filmmakers, their family and friends, and film enthusiasts. Solune recently hosted All Horror Short Film Festival 2 ( you can see photos and videos here: allshortfilms.com/horror).

A note from our Festival’s Creator:

Judge Kazuya Ashizawa and I appreciate every filmmaker and creator who has entered our first nine seasons since 2017 (in 2018, we had two Avalonia Live Events before landing on our annual format). For our tenth season, we have streamlined our festival concerning our competitive categories. The most significant change is the retirement of our “180” (3 minutes and under) run time division in favor of our new “Shorter Film” division (10 minutes and under). This change is in response to trends in our entries from our last several seasons. As always, we aim to serve the evolving needs of creators.

Keep making films, podcasts, and “etc.” !
